MEET NADIA RAE BRACKETT

Therapy Beyond theSurface

In a world that often directs our attention outward—prioritizing external success or hiding behind our many personas—my mission as a licensed depth psychotherapist and PhD student is to empower individuals through a re-membering of all parts of themselves. Not just the parts that are shiny or that the conscious mind has deemed “good enough” or “lovable enough,” but also by helping you create the safety in your body to shine light on all aspects of yourself with love and compassion. Depth-oriented psychotherapy is often for individuals who are searching for meaning, grappling with existential and spiritual questions, and longing for a more intentional and purposeful way of living. For many, traditional talk therapies such as CBT or DBT may not feel sufficient. My approach blends Jungian and psychodynamic psychotherapies as we work together to build a bridge between your conscious and unconscious psyche and help you make sense of your current symptoms.

This journey is an invitation to go inward and deepen your connection to Self. Together, we create space for healing and integration, and supporting an inward and outward life that feels more aligned with who you are and who you’d like to be. This transformative work nurtures a life of integrity, presence, and purpose—allowing you to show up in the world as your truest self.

I’d be honored to support you and walk with you through this journey!

Meet Nadia

I’m a licensed psychotherapist who helps adult individuals untangle the places they feel stuck—whether in patterns of self-doubt, anxiety loops, or the lingering impact of childhood trauma. My work is grounded in depth psychology and the nervous system, blending Jungian and psychodynamic thought, trauma-informed care, and a warm, reflective therapeutic style.

I believe healing is both a psychological and embodied process. The stories we carry live not only in our minds but in our breath, our posture, our instincts, and the ways we relate to others. In our work together, we explore these threads with curiosity, compassion, and a focus on helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have long been protective, resilient, and longing to be understood.

My holistic approach is relational, reflective, and deeply human. I don’t sit above you with answers—I sit with you as we make meaning of your experience, explore the unconscious layers of your patterns, and bring more clarity and connection into your life. I value attunement and thoughtful pacing, creating a space where you can feel safe enough to slow down, notice what arises, and step into your own inner authority.

Clients often come to me when they’re ready to understand themselves in a deeper way—beyond coping, beyond surface-level fixes. I support those navigating self-esteem challenges, perfectionism, trauma, and the ache of not quite feeling like they belong. Together, we work toward a steadier relationship with yourself, grounded in insight, embodiment, and a growing sense of Self.

My intention is to offer a therapeutic space where you can breathe, question, be held, and ultimately, come home to who you’ve always been.

Depth-Oriented Counseling

Our inner world is deeply influenced by our unconscious psyche—how our nervous system is on the day to day, how we react and show up in our relationships, the stories and narratives that we believe about ourselves, and our overall well-being are all impacted by the unconscious. C.G. Jung once said, “People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own souls. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious”.

Depth therapy is an opportunity to go beneath the surface and connect with your unique inner guidance in effort to order to develop a greater sense of wholeness. In our work together, we’ll explore how your inner mind, body, and emotions work together through an integrative psychodynamic and Jungian approach.. These holistic modalities help you locate the root cause of your symptoms and gain capacity to be with all emotions and all parts of yourself. This journey empowers you to begin to more deeply embrace who you truly are, let go of who you are not, and feel a greater sense of meaning in this lifetime.

My speciality is in working with adult individuals who have endured complex trauma and currently struggle with symptoms of C-PTSD and/or issues with self-esteem.

*Psychotherapeutic services are only available to residents of Colorado
